Is there an API, and do I need a key?
There is, and yes — ROK's OpenAI-compatible chat completions API at rokremasteredapi.rokteam.org/v1 requires an API key — there's no keyless public access, and requests without a valid key are rejected with a 401.
It's free, though: keys are issued by hand to anyone who asks, so email us and tell us what you're building. Once you have one, send it as "Authorization: Bearer <key>" (or the X-ROK-API-Key header) and use any OpenAI SDK against the base URL, with streaming and native tool calling.
